Shipping policy

1. Where do we ship right now?
We currently offer standard shipping only within Scandinavia:
Sweden · Denmark · Norway · Finland · Iceland
2. Live outside Scandinavia?
No problem! If you live anywhere else in the world and really want a piece, just send us an email at art@alexiskershaw.com.
We’re happy to check case-by-case if we can arrange shipping for you (extra shipping cost + any customs/VAT will of course apply, and we’ll give you a clear quote before you commit).
3. Processing / Handling time
Every artwork is packed by hand with the utmost care.
Please allow up to 7 business days (Monday–Friday, Swedish public holidays excluded) for us to prepare and hand your order to the carrier.
During busy periods we may need the full 7 days.
4. Delivery time after dispatch (Scandinavia)
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- Denmark, Norway, Finland: 2–6 business days
- Iceland: 4–10 business days
(International deliveries arranged by email will have individual estimated delivery times.)
5. Shipping methods & costs
Costs are calculated and shown at checkout (for Scandinavia) or quoted by email (for the rest of the world).
All packages are fully tracked and insured.
6. Customs, VAT and duties
- Sweden: Swedish VAT (12 %) is included.
- Other Scandinavian countries & international orders: Any additional VAT, customs duties or fees are the buyer’s responsibility (we’ll inform you in advance).
7. Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking link as soon as the package is on its way.
