Terms of service

1. General

These Terms of Service govern all purchases from www.alexiskershaw.com (the “Site”), operated by Alexis Kershaw, a sole proprietorship registered in Sweden (org.nr 19910826-2511).

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms in full.

2. Ordering and Contract

When you complete checkout and we send an order confirmation email, a binding purchase contract is formed between you and Alexis Kershaw.

We reserve the right to cancel an order (with full refund) in case of obvious pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or technical mistakes.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in SEK and include Swedish VAT (12 %) where applicable.

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, etc.). We do not store your payment details.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our separate Shipping Policy.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the artwork is handed to the carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

As stated in our Returns & Refund Policy, there is no right of withdrawal for original artworks and limited-edition prints (exempt under EU consumer law as clearly personalised goods).

You always have the right to return defective or damaged items or if we sent the wrong product.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Alexis Kershaw until fully paid. Upon payment you receive the physical artwork only; no reproduction or commercial rights are transferred.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil the contract caused by events beyond our reasonable control (war, pandemic, natural disaster, carrier strikes, etc.).

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

Any dispute shall be settled in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden. As an EU consumer you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version valid at the time of your order applies.
